王颖

    王颖,兰州大学物理科学与技术学院与中科院长春应用化学研究所联合培养全日制工科博士,专业微电子学与固体电子学。曾在中科院近代物理研究所半导体生产线上研制过硅条探测器,本人主要承担等离子刻蚀工作;参与一项国家自然科学基金项目,题目; 具有分立光生激子产生沟道的有机场效应晶体管,本人主要承担部分样品制作;还从事过有机开关存储器件的研发,用自己合成的小分子材料制成具有读,写,擦等功能的记忆存储器件,本人主要承担了器件结构设计,材料选配,样品制作和特性测量等主要工作。曾在中科院长春应化所,承担应用阻抗仪进行OLED电荷输运特性的研究,主要对自己制作的OLED进行阻抗分析并利用阻抗谱研究基于磷光染料掺杂主体材料的OLED的载流子输运特性,计算迁移率,陷阱密度,介电常数,复合区宽度等参数为器件电子空穴平衡和结构优化提供数据。教授过《物联网技术》双语教学和《电子线路分析》全英文的留学生课程。代表论文有:
